The Challenge:

Navigating California’s construction permit process is notoriously complex, often involving manual paperwork and opaque timelines. Capitol City Permit Advisors (CCPA) identified a gap in the market for a tech-enabled service but started from zero. They needed more than a marketing website; they required a robust digital infrastructure to manage high-volume permit applications, coordinate a distributed sales team, and provide transparency to homeowners and contractors.


The Solution:

We built a comprehensive 'Permit Operations Ecosystem' from the ground up.

  1. The Client Portal: We designed a user-friendly frontend where homeowners can track their permit status in real-time, view documents, and communicate with agents—eliminating the 'black box' of government approvals.

  2. The Sales Engine: We developed a custom dashboard for Sales Agents and Managers to track leads, manage applications, and forecast revenue.

  3. HubSpot Integration: We engineered a two-way API sync between the custom web app and HubSpot. This ensures that every lead, deal stage, and client interaction is automatically recorded, maintaining absolute data integrity without manual entry.

The Impact:

From a concept to a fully operational platform, CCPA now runs its entire business on the infrastructure we built. The seamless integration between the sales frontend and the HubSpot backend has drastically reduced administrative overhead, allowing their team to focus on scaling their client base rather than managing paperwork.
