The Challenge:
Mosscare is a skincare label launching around one hero product, a cleanser that does the work of two. A good product is only half the job for a new brand. It also has to earn the trust of people who have never heard of it, in a category crowded with louder, better-funded names. Someone choosing a cleanser wants to know what it does, what is in it and whether it will suit their skin, usually within seconds and on a phone. The website had to answer all of that before they gave up and went back to a marketplace listing.
The Solution:
We designed and built the store, and wrote the brand content that sits inside it.
A Product-Led Storefront: We built the store around the Double Cleanser, so a visitor can land, understand the product and buy it without hunting through menus. Pack-of-one, two and three options sit beside the price, and a first-order offer is visible from the first screen.
A Story Told in Textures: The hero line, 'One Pump. Three Textures. Gel. Oil. Milk.', turns a technical claim into something you can picture. Each stage of the cleanse, the makeup, the SPF and sebum, and the residue, gets its own short block, so the product explains itself without a wall of text.
Proof, Not Promises: A before-and-after slider ('The Proof Is in the Rinse') lets people test the claim for themselves. Customer reviews appear beside the product and again in a section of their own.
Ingredients With a Reason: 'Fewer Ingredients. Each One Earns Its Place.' introduces ceramide, vitamin B5 and the moss algae behind the brand's name in plain language, so a shopper can see why each one is there.
Answers to the Hesitations: A twelve-question FAQ covers what holds people back: sensitive or acne-prone skin, waterproof makeup and SPF, why it does not foam, and whether a second cleanser is still needed.
One Calm Voice: The copy runs through every page in the same register: short lines, no clinical jargon and no inflated claims, which suits a brand whose pitch is gentleness.
The Impact:
Mosscare launched with a store that looks and sounds like an established skincare brand rather than a new one. A first-time visitor gets a clear answer to what the product does, what is in it and why it is gentle, and the page keeps the path from curiosity to checkout short.
