2. Services
Bulb Studio provides digital design and development services, including but not limited to branding, website design, Shopify development, and mobile app design. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate Project Proposal or Contract for each client.
 

3. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The content on this website (logo, text, graphics) is the property of Bulb Studio and is protected by copyright laws.

• Client Work: Upon full payment of all invoices, the specific deliverables created for the Client (e.g., the final logo files, the website code) shall belong to the Client. Bulb Studio reserves the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
   

4. Payment Terms

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before any design work begins.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final files are released or the website is launched.

• Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge a late fee on invoices that remain unpaid 15 days past their due date.
   

5. Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds as defined in the Project Proposal. Additional work or changes requested outside the original scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
 

6. Limitation of Liability
Bulb Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements or that your website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
 

7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Bulb Studio and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
